COST
Registration: $125
Flight: about $190 (as of right now)
Hotel: about $167 each (including tax) if you split it with one other person and about $112 each (including tax) if you put four people in the room.

TRAVEL 
Most ladies are driving. We will be carpooling to save on gas and not take so many cars. But some ladies prefer to fly. If you want to fly instead, you can book whatever flight you want that works with the shuttle schedule on the registration website, but we would LOVE for those flying to be able to travel all together. Here are the flights we recommend:
04/18, MCO to MSY on Southwest 5382 departing at 8:05am
04/20, MSY to MCO on Southwest 5944 departing at 3:20pm

HOTEL
NRP, who is putting on the conference, has contracts with several hotels. We would like for all of us to stay at the same one, SPRINGHILL SUITES. They have a limited amount of rooms so if they are all booked, go ahead and register (and put that you will be at Springhill Suites) and then let us know that you weren't able to get a room on your rsvp form (linked above). Angela has reserved a few extra rooms to make sure we all can stay together so we can get one of those rooms switched over to you. The hotel information can be found HERE.
